How to order our products?

You can directly order our products via our web site. For that, select «order» in the menu and follow the instructions.

If you don't want to order online, you can always order with common ways:

How to ask for an offer?

At the end of our order form, you can select «ask for an offer». An offer will be send immediately.

Currency

All prices are based on their values in CHF. (Prices shown in EURO or $US in our web site or our catalogue are only indicative.)

We accept EURO and $US. The change is calculated with the rate at the transaction time.

Delivery time

An estimation of the delivery time is indicated for each device on our web site and in our catalogue. This stays an estimation and it is calculated for Swiss deliveries

Shipping in Switzerland

In general we send our product by post. If you have any preferences, please write it on the order.

Shipping out of Switzerland

Shipping is done with UPS, FedEx or DHL according to the destination. Other shipping ways are possible on request.

To have information about the delivery prices, select <«ask for an offer» at the end of the ordering form. We will send you all the information about the order and the shipping immediately.

For important order or new customer we can ask to pay a deposit before sending the products.

Return policy

You have to check the delivery within a period of 10 days after the reception. All defects have to be immediately written down and send to us. If it is not the case, delivery is considered to be accepted.
